The original CACI technology was developed in the US by Dr Thomas Wing for the treatment of a facial paralysis condition called Bell’s Palsy. The specific muscle stimulation techniques CACI uses to treat and re-educate the facial muscles were developed by Dr George Goodheart (the acknowledged founder of applied kinesiology).

The electrical impulses are combined with specific muscle re-education techniques to trigger a stretch reflex response in the facial muscles. This has the effect of either relaxing facial muscles that are over tense or firming facial muscles that have lost tone.
Different attachments are used and placed on the skin in a specific sequence to achieve the result. The treatment is not painful and unlike traditional micro current machines you don’t feel that unpleasant electric spark through your muscles.
